- The lessor reserves the right to make changes to the current price list at any time. Any changes will be communicated via digital newsletter and notices at the reception.
- It is the tenant's own responsibility to subscribe to the campsite newsletter. This can be done at the reception or via the campsite's website www.stjernecamping.dk. Please note that in some cases newsletters may end up in the "spam" or junk mail folder.
- The rent for the seasonal pitch itself is paid no later than the first day of the seasonal period, cf. the applicable price list.

- The campsite's general rules of conduct must be observed. The rules of conduct are available at the campsite (and under the campsite rules here on the website).
- If the caravan is not registered, it must be registered with the ID number scheme. This is done for a fee at the reception.
- The lessor reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement with 3 months' notice. The tenant may (in connection with any work at the campsite) be required to move to another unit on the campsite. In such cases, the landlord will always try to give as much notice as possible.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the seasonal pitch must be cleared and cleaned by the lessee on the date the rental agreement expires. If the lessee does not carry out the cleaning, the camp manager is entitled to have this done, for which the lessee will be charged a fixed minimum fee of DKK 500. If the poor maintenance entails work beyond 1 hour, an additional DKK 500 per hour or part thereof will be charged.
- This is considered a material breach of the rental agreement:
Failure to pay the services stipulated in the agreement on time. However, it is a condition for claiming breach that the amount due is not paid after the expiry of 7 days after the demand has been sent to the tenant by ordinary and registered letter. A handling fee of DKK 100 will be added to the amount due when sending a demand for payment. That the provisions contained in these "Stjerne Camping Rental Terms and Conditions" are not observed by the lessee and their household. The above list of what is considered a material breach is only an example and is not exhaustive. - In the event of material breach, the camp manager is entitled to immediately expel the lessee from the campsite and terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect. If the lessee owes any amount in connection with the termination or expiry of the lease, the camp manager reserves the right to exercise a right of retention over the lessee's caravan in addition to the usual legal action until the debt is paid. However, it is a prerequisite that the lessee has been asked to pick up the caravan and clear the seasonal pitch with 8 days' notice by ordinary and registered letter without success.
- Any dispute arising between the parties in connection with this agreement shall be settled by the court in Esbjerg.
- All amounts are inclusive of 25% VAT. Reservations are made for VAT and tax increases.
Mobility requirements for caravans - The towing device must be serviceable and permanently mounted on the caravan.
- The caravan must be movable at all times. For example, anti-theft devices must not be used on the trailer's towing equipment, as the landlord must be able to move the trailer in an emergency.
- The caravan must be fitted with functional rims and tires.
- Chocking the caravan's outriggers is permitted.
- Apart from any awning that can be removed quickly, there must be no small or large extensions or sheltering structures made of a material such as waterproof veneer or similar that cannot be removed immediately.
Layout of unit space - All screening, fencing etc. must be awnings. Woodwork must not be used. The wind can be strong in Vejers: Remember to always thoroughly secure awnings and tents. We recommend removing awnings during the winter months. If the awning is removed, the poles or pegs are also removed.
- Pegs must not go more than 30 cm into the ground.
- Temporary and immediately removable enclosures for dogs are permitted when the tenant stays (overnight) at the campsite. The enclosure is completely removed when the tenant leaves the campsite.
- Fixed, permanent groundsheet is only allowed inside the awning. Any other "floor" outside the awning - e.g. a mat or similar. - is removed when leaving the unit site.
- Antennas may only be installed if they are attached to the caravan. They must be a maximum of 1 m above the caravan. Any flagpole must be below the height of the caravan. The flag must be taken down when the tenant leaves the campsite.
- Passage must always be possible behind and between vehicles. There must be free passage on all roads.
- You must stay within your own unit space. There must be a minimum distance of 3 meters between caravans.
- Keep the unit space simple: For example, max 2 flower pots. These are removed during the winter months.
- Own unit is maintained: Mowing grass, trimming hedges/trees at "shelter height". The landlord provides tools for this.
- Electric vehicles may not be charged via the charging stations on the site, unless further action is taken, such violations are subject to a fee of at least DKK 1,000.
- Electrical cables must always be visible. This is for the sake of a lawn tractor, hedge trimmer, spade or similar - if electrical cables are broken due to lack of visibility, this will never result in a claim for compensation against the landlord. For example, secure the cable with strips at a visible height / keep it regularly clear of the grass. Electric cables from the caravan to the electrical box are the tenant's own responsibility.
- Electrical cables should be 2.5 square with 3 poles.
- If the landlord is forced to contact an electrician and there is a fault with the tenant's electrical cable or caravan, the tenant is responsible for the bill.
- At the end of the rental agreement , the tenant must clear the unit space. The tenant shall level any holes, mow the grass and cut the hedge (if the end of the rental agreement is in summer/autumn).
