General seating rules

Here at Stjernecamping, we are many different people with different habits and needs throughout the year, and that's part of the charm of camping. Everyone is welcome for a relaxing time in our wonderful nature!

To ensure that we all have the opportunity to thrive, we need to have some rules at the campsite that both permanent residents and tourists must follow. If you have any doubts or questions when interpreting the rules, please ask at the reception (Outside reception opening hours we can be contacted ☎: +45 7527 7054 (in emergencies) or via ️✉: info@stjernecamping.dk).

The barrier system is locked from 23:00 to 7:00. From 23:00 onwards, the site must be quiet. Any form of driving on the site during this time is prohibited. Max. 15 km/h everywhere on the site, this applies to all types of vehicles and also includes scooters.

Arrival in summer from 14:30 in winter by appointment. Final settlement by 12:00 at the latest and departure of the cabins by 11:30, pitches by 12:30.

Emergency call center 112 (accident, fire, police) medical emergency 70 11 07 07 07.
AniCura Varde Animal Hospital +45 88 444, varde@anicura.dk, Ribevej 37, 6800 Varde.

First and foremost, campers must abide by the Camping Council's rules and set a good example: remember that some are absolute beginners while others are old hands, a smile and a friendly conversation helps, no matter what the issue is.

"For wild animals and domesticated friends alike": Here at the campsite, we share the area with some four-legged naturals - deer, red deer, hares and other wild inhabitants who don't walk on leashes or clean up after themselves. But don't worry, the difference between their little and bigger 'business cards' and your four-legged friends' is clear. Dogs are welcome here, but they must be kept on a leash at all times and unfortunately not in our shared facilities. The only exception is our lounge in the communal building (not the kitchen!), if those present agree that a dog lying quietly with its people is not a problem - then dog & master are welcome here too. The airing must take place outside the site or in our fenced "dog airing area". If an accident occurs - or the walk is planned - we expect you to clean up, dog bags can be picked up at the reception and must be handed in the container for residual waste, not in the bins in the service building. Thank you for helping to keep the site clean and inviting!

Fireworks can be beautiful and festive - but it's also important to handle them with care. Fireworks are NOT allowed on the campsite. Our guests and the nature around us appreciate peace and safety, in the area even a small spark can cause problems. Many of our guests have pets and fireworks can be very stressful for them. This also applies to the area's wildlife, which we want to protect. You can only set off fireworks on 31.12 and 1.01. The rest of the year it is illegal for private individuals to use fireworks. Fireworks should be set off in open areas, away from buildings, vegetation and crowds. We recommend the beach as a good and safe place to celebrate the New Year with rockets (check for wind) and remember to bring your trash!

According to fire regulations, all caravans, tents and storage tents must be set up at least three meters away from neighbors, i.e. there is a distance requirement of 1.5 meters to the boundary for your caravan, tent and storage tent. Awnings can be placed closer to the boundary, but there must always be free passage behind and between the caravans - this ensures both safety and good set-up options for everyone. Remember that the wind in Vejers can be strong, so both tents and awnings must always be securely fastened. However, please note that pegs must never go deeper than 30 cm. No planting, cutting or digging is allowed on the rented pitch. Low dog fences with grids are only allowed while on the site. Anything outside the trailer or tent must be removed when leaving the pitch. Antennas are only allowed if they are attached to the caravan and must not extend more than one meter above it. Any flagpoles must be lower than the height of the caravan and mounted directly on it - and the flag must be taken down when leaving the site. Roads on site must be kept open and must not be blocked, and electricity points must be freely accessible to everyone at all times.

No more than one motor vehicle is allowed on the rented space at a time. Charging of electric and hybrid cars is not allowed on the pitch. We refer to the charging stations in front of the reception.

When you need to empty your water tanks for used water, it is both the toilet container (also called "black water") and the waste water tank (also called "gray water"). For this you use our 'camper facilities/dumping station', it is not allowed to let the gray water run directly onto the ground.

Power is good - but only with the right cable! Use an approved outdoor CEE cable (max 25 m, min 2.5 mm² ) - and always unroll it completely. The cable should be visible, protected from wind and weather, and not where it can be damaged (Remember: lawn and hedge trimmer). If a fault occurs due to the tenant's own cable or trolley, the tenant covers the cost of the electrician.

"Help us keep the site pest-free" We ask you NOT to feed wild animals, so we avoid intrusive behavior by e.g. red deer and unwanted visits from pests. Please drop off waste in our service area where you will find our containers, bulky waste (chairs, tables, bicycles...) should be dropped off at the recycling center in Oksbøl - so we keep the site clean and nice for everyone. Thank you for your help in preserving the good atmosphere and the beautiful nature around us!

All play that requires space / can be a nuisance to others must take place in playground areas. Only our mooncars are welcome for children to use on the site roads, but they are not allowed to leave the site.

Payment. StjerneCamping does not grant credit. Everything must be paid at the latest upon arrival. This also applies to overnight guests of permanent campers. If the tenant decides to leave the campsite before the agreed time, the tenant cannot claim a refund of rent. If you leave the pitch early, we have the right to dispose of the pitch. Tourists pay a fixed electricity package per night (+ in winter any additional consumption >10kWh). For stays of less than a week, we can in some cases move your booking to a similar pitch - of course we do everything we can to ensure that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest - just as you have been looking forward to.

Responsibility. As a guest/tenant at StjerneCamping, you accept and comply with the rules from arrival to departure. Anything brought into the campsite by the tenant is at the tenant's own risk and responsibility, including damage to other parties and property. The tenant is responsible for themselves, their guests, use of facilities such as the service building, play and common areas. We recommend that you have taken out relevant private insurance as security prior to entering into the rental agreement with StjerneCamping. Staff instructions at StjerneCamping must be followed. Repeated violations of the above may result in expulsion/termination of the rental agreement without further compensation. Cases can be pursued in the Travel Complaints Board.
