General seating rules

Here at Stjernecamping, we are many different people with different habits and needs throughout the year, and that's part of the charm of camping. Everyone is welcome for a relaxing time in our wonderful nature!

To ensure that we all have the opportunity to thrive, we need to have some rules at the campsite that both permanent residents and tourists must follow. If you have any doubts or questions when interpreting the rules, please ask at the reception (outside reception opening hours we can be contacted by phone(+45 7527 7054 in emergencies) or by e-mail info@stjernecamping.dk).

The barrier system is locked from 23:00 to 7:00. From 23:00 onwards, the site must be quiet. Any form of driving on the site during this time is prohibited. Max. 10 km/h everywhere on the site, this applies to all types of vehicles and also includes scooters.

Arrival in summer from 14:30 in winter by appointment. Settlement before 12:00 at the latest and departure of the cabins before 11:30, pitches at 12:30.

Emergency call center 112 (accident, fire, police) medical emergency 70 11 07 07 07.

First and foremost, campers must comply with the Camping Council's rules. We expect all guests to follow the rules and set a good example. Remember that some are absolute beginners while others are old hands, a smile and a friendly conversation helps no matter what the issue is.

Dogs are welcome, but not in our shared facilities, they are walked outside the campsite or in our "dog toilet", if an "accident" occurs, you clean up after the dog (bags are available at reception), dogs must always be kept on a leash.

According to the fire regulations' 3-meter rule, trailers, tents, storage tents, etc. must be set up so that they comply with the 3m rule and do not impair the neighbor's installation options. Awnings may be erected in the boundary. Woodwork must not be used. The wind can be strong in Vejers, so always remember to secure awnings and tents carefully. Low dog fences are only allowed when staying on the site. Anything not placed inside the trailer or tents must be removed each time you leave the site. Antennas may only be set up if they are attached to the caravan. They must be a maximum of 1 m above the caravan. Any flagpole must be below the height of the caravan and mounted on it. The flag must be taken down when the tenant leaves the campsite. The distance requirement of 1.5 m to the boundary must be observed, this applies to caravans, tents and storage tents. However, the caravan's tow bar may be placed at the boundary. Passage must always be possible behind and between vehicles. There must be free passage on all roads.

Nothing should appear obtrusive in the open, natural space, it should be uniform and not have a particularly individual feel. The unit space is kept simple: e.g. max 2 flower pots. No planting, cutting, digging or altering the rented space and pegs must never go deeper than 30 cm.

When you need to empty your water tanks for used water, it is both the toilet container (also called "black water") and the waste water tank (also called "gray water"). For this you use our 'camper facilities/dumping station', it is not allowed to let the gray water run directly onto the ground.

The electrical cable from the stand to the trailer must be routed at ground level, along the hedge, at a right angle to the trailer. Cables, plugs, etc. must be of CE-approved make. Electrical cables must be 2.5 square with 3 poles. If the landlord is forced to contact an electrician and there is a fault with the tenant's electrical cable or caravan, the tenant is responsible for the bill.

It is not allowed to have a registered address at StjerneCamping, and it is not allowed to rent, sublet or exchange caravans or vacations.

No more than one motor vehicle is allowed on the rented space at a time. Charging of electric and hybrid cars is not allowed on the pitch. We refer to the charging stations in front of the reception.

In relation to pests, we recommend that you do not feed animals and that you do not throw garbage or leave garbage bags on the site, but deliver this to our service area with containers for food waste, paper and cardboard, food and drink cartons, mixed plastics, glass/bottles, metal cans and residual waste. All other waste/bulky waste must be delivered to the recycling center in Oksbøl.

The caravan must either be registered for driving on public roads or, if the caravan is not registered, a green ID plate with the year mark must be installed, which can be purchased at the reception.

All play that requires space or can be a nuisance to other campers must take place in the playground areas and not on the roads or between the vehicles. Children are welcome to use our own mooncars on the site roads, but please note that they must not be left in the middle of the road and they must not leave the site.

The Code of Conduct applies to the entire site and must of course be observed.

Payment - sales and finance

StjerneCamping does not grant credit. Everything must be paid at the latest upon arrival. This also applies to overnight guests. Seasonal guests buy electricity in packages in advance. It is the tenant's duty to read the meter at least once a month and keep an eye on the current meter reading and consumption and re-purchase before the electricity package is completely used up. In the event of non-payment or late payment of seasonal pitches, we reserve the right to rent the pitch to another party. If the tenant decides to move from the campsite before the agreed time, the tenant cannot claim any part of the rent back. If you move out before the agreed time, we have the right to dispose of the pitch.

The above mentioned electricity does not apply to tourists, who pay a fixed electricity package per night.

Responsibility

As a guest/tenant at StjerneCamping, you accept and comply with the rules from arrival to departure. Anything brought into the campsite by the tenant is at the tenant's own risk and responsibility, including damage to other parties and belongings. The tenant is responsible for themselves, their guests, use of facilities such as the service building, play and common areas. We recommend that you have taken out relevant private insurance as security prior to entering into the rental agreement with StjerneCamping. Staff instructions at StjerneCamping must be followed. Repeated violations of the above may result in expulsion/termination of the rental agreement without further compensation. Cases can be pursued in the Travel Complaints Board.
