Camping by the North Sea has its own unique charm. In the morning, you wake up to the sound of the sea, during the day you can walk through the dunes, and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset with sand between your toes. West Jutland is beautiful all year round, from stormy autumn days to long, bright summer days.
Stjerne Camping is located in the middle of the North Sea Nature Park, only 1.5 km from the beach. If you are looking for a campsite in West Jutland with direct access to dunes, forests, and heathland, you have come to the right place. Camping at Vejers Strand also means that you are allowed to drive your car directly onto the beach. This is convenient, especially with small children or a lot of luggage.

Facilities that make camping life easier
Our facilities are modern and well maintained, so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. The sanitary facilities are cleaned daily, because vacations and damp toilets simply don't go together. Family bathrooms, handicap-friendly facilities, and changing rooms for the youngest campers are a matter of course for us.
The site also has washing machines and dryers, a shared kitchen, barbecue areas, and free Wi-Fi throughout the area.
Our supermarket is located directly on the square and is open 24 hours a day, all year round. Fresh bread, fruit, or barbecue sausages for the evening can be found just around the corner, so you don't have to drive anywhere to get them.

Camping on the West Coast offers plenty of opportunities, whether you want to explore nature, give your children a great experience, or just enjoy time together.
For nature lovers
Nature lovers can explore the dune landscape on foot or by bike, while fishing enthusiasts can try their luck at coastal fishing. After stormy days, it is worth looking for amber on the beach – an activity the whole family can join in.
For the children
We have a playground on site, and as our guest, you get free access to the swimming pool and water park in Oksbøl. During the season, we also organize various activities – keep an eye on our program so you don't miss out on anything.
For the four-legged
Your four-legged friends are also welcome here. We have a fenced-in dog park, free dog baths with hair dryers, and an agility course so your dog can get a good run.
Excursions in the area
The area around Vejers is full of experiences. Red deer live in the large natural areas close to the campsite, and you may even be lucky enough to see them here with us. If you are interested in culture, you should take a trip to Ribe – Denmark's oldest town, which enchants with its medieval atmosphere.
The Wadden Sea is one of the area's absolute highlights. At low tide, you can walk out to the island of Langli and experience nature in the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Along the coast, you can still find remnants of the Atlantic Wall from World War II. The Tirpitz Museum combines history with impressive architecture and is well worth a visit.
